Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Fazen Terminal is a native desktop application for financial research, portfolio analytics and market intelligence, operated by Fazen Group ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@fazenterminal.com.

2. The service

A subscription gives you a license to install and use the Fazen Terminal desktop application on the number of devices allowed by your plan, together with access to the bundled data, research and Fazen AI features described on our pricing page. The software is licensed, not sold.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Trial, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; nothing is charged before the trial ends.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and renews monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Prices are stated in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.

5. Fazen AI credits

Fazen AI usage is metered in credits included with your plan. Credits renew with each billing cycle and do not roll over. AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors; review them before relying on them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell or circumvent license or device limits;
• reverse engineer the application except where the law permits;
• use the service to violate law, market rules or third-party rights;
• probe, overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

7. Not investment advice

Fazen Terminal is analysis software. Nothing in the product, its data, its AI outputs or this website constitutes investment advice, a recommendation or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading and execution features operate exclusively through broker connections you configure and control; all investment decisions and their outcomes are yours.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue the service, running paid subscriptions will be honoured or refunded pro rata.

9. Intellectual property

The application, its design and content remain our property or that of our licensors. Open-source components included in the application are governed by their own licenses.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, trading losses, or loss of data or profits arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the application. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the competent court under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email before they take effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
