Can I use Fazen Terminal today?
Yes. Create an account, start the trial and download the current Windows x64 build immediately. macOS and Linux builds are being qualified for release.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Every subscription starts with 14 days of full access. A payment method is required to start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
Why does Windows show a warning during installation?
Current builds are not yet code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen flags the installer as unrecognised. Every release publishes its SHA-256 checksum so you can verify the download; code signing is in progress.
What are Fazen AI credits?
Credits meter Fazen AI research runs. Professional includes 8,000 per month and Desk 25,000. They renew with your billing cycle — no separate AI subscription and no API keys to manage.
Do I need my own data or broker connections?
Market, news and research data are part of the workspace out of the box. Trading and execution features connect to your own configured brokers and remain under explicit, inspectable controls.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly with no lock-in. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
